Uprising is an online fitness coaching platform designed to help you build muscle, lose fat, and stay consistent with your workouts.

Members get access to structured workout programs, progress tracking, and guidance through our training app. You can train at the gym or at home depending on the program you choose.

Do I need a gym membership?

No, a gym membership is not required. Many of our programs can be followed at home with minimal equipment.

However, we typically recommend training at a gym whenever possible. Access to machines, barbells, and a wider range of equipment allows us to build a more optimized training plan tailored to your goals and progress.

If you train at home, your program will still be personalized around the equipment you have available.

What fitness level are the programs designed for?
